Excellent customer service from Loretta
Loretta was so helpful and helped me set up my Grange account so I have access to my policy online. She is so patient and friendly! I must add, it so nice to speak to a real person and not AI.
Loretta also answered some additional questions I had and was very helpful. She explained the billing process and details clearly. Its obvious she is very knowledgeable and competent!
